AWARE Sexual Assault Care Center (SACC)
SACC provides safe, free, and confidential services for people facing sexual assault and/or sexual harassment.

Call them to speak with a trained Helpliner and receive support by phone. You can also make an appointment to speak to a counsellor, lawyer or case manager. They are unable to call back numbers that are not from Singapore. Please consider sending them an email or arranging for an online written chat by Zoom instead.

SACC’s Written Online Chat service is for survivors of all genders who have experienced or are currently experiencing sexual violence. The Chat is available over Zoom at two time slots a day. Click here to schedule a chat appointment with them.

SHECARES
SHECARES is Singapore’s first support centre for targets of online harms. Launched in collaboration with the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations, the centre provides holistic support and a safe space for targets of online harms, particularly girls and women, to turn to when they encounter harmful behaviour on the internet.
The centre will have a particular focus on girls and women because, while both men and women are affected by online harms, we believe that women are disproportionately targeted, for example, via sexual harassment, stalking, and non-consensual intimate image sharing. Surveys have also shown that women feel less safe online and are not aware of the resources and assistance available to them.
They offer helplines, textlines, counselling, and pro bono legal assistance:

Oogachaga Counselling and Support
Oogachaga provides confidential counselling services and emotional support for individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, or gender-diverse (LGBTQ+).

T Project Peer Counselling
T Project Peer Counselling offers a safe environment and listening ear with no judgement, enabling both men and women to get the support they need.
